Location
The Seaview Apartment enjoys an exceptional location in the very center of Opatija, situated directly on the famous Maršala Tita Street — the main seaside street that stretches throughout the entire town. The apartment is located at house number 170, directly across from Hotel Savoy and next to Hotel Astoria, placing guests in the heart of everything Opatija has to offer.
The apartment itself is located within a beautiful historic Austro-Hungarian villa dating back to the beginning of the 20th century, reflecting the timeless elegance and charm for which Opatija is widely known.
Just across the street from the apartment, guests will find stairs leading directly down to the famous seaside promenade and the nearest beaches, beach bars, and swimming areas, making the sea easily accessible within just a few minutes on foot.
For everyday convenience, a large Tommy Supermarket is located in nearby Rakovčeva Street above the apartment, while Studenac Market for groceries and daily necessities can be found approximately 100 meters down Maršala Tita Street.
Within only a few hundred meters from the apartment, guests can also discover one of Opatija’s most popular local restaurants, Ružmarin, together with numerous cafés, bars, terraces, restaurants, boutiques, souvenir shops, pharmacies, local markets, and beaches — all reachable comfortably on foot, allowing guests to fully enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Opatija without needing a car.

House Rules
1. Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment itself. We have a spacious terrace where you can smoke and enjoy the beautiful view on the Kvarner bay.
2. Trash
Please leave your trash in front of the porch and segregate recyclable and regular trash
3. Noise
Guests and visitors should keep noise at a minimum between 10 pm to 6 am as a courtesy to the neighbors.
4. People
Only the people who booked the apartment are allowed to stay there overnight. We do not allow more people than the ones on the reservation.
5. Pets
We respectfully ask for your understanding that pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
6. Toilet clogging
Please do not dispose of cotton swabs, sanitary pads, tampons, or wet wipes in the toilet. Improper disposal may cause serious plumbing issues. In case of clogging, a €300 damage fee will apply.

There are several public parking spots located directly beneath the apartment building which are free of charge. However, during the season and throughout the day, these spots can be difficult to find due to the central location of the apartment.Street parking on Maršala Tita Street

Due to the apartment’s excellent central location, many guests choose to park their car upon arrival and explore Opatija comfortably on foot throughout their stay.




Self Check in
The Seaview Apartment offers a convenient self check-in system, allowing guests full flexibility regarding their arrival time.
Check-in is available any time after 2:00 PM. Prior to arrival, guests will receive a personal access code, which is used to open a secure key safe located at the entrance gate. Inside the safety lockbox, guests will find the apartment key, which is then used to unlock the apartment door.
This system ensures a smooth and flexible arrival experience, allowing guests to check in independently at their preferred time without the need for in-person coordination.




Accessibility
The Seaview Apartment is accessed from the street level by approximately 12 stairs leading up to the entrance gate and apartment entrance.
Once inside the apartment, the layout is almost entirely on one level, making it comfortable and easy to move around. The only internal elevation difference is a single step between the hallway and the kitchen/dining area.
Overall, the apartment offers a mostly flat and accessible interior space, with minimal changes in level after the initial entrance stairs.
