It features a large flat-screen TV with both satellite and local channels, as well as air conditioning to ensure a pleasant stay throughout the year. The room is filled with natural light thanks to two large windows, creating a warm and airy atmosphere.

For additional guests, the living room includes a comfortable pull-out sofa that accommodates two people, enhanced with a mattress topper for extra comfort and a restful night’s sleep. An additional wardrobe is also available, providing convenient storage space for guests staying in the living area.

This versatile space perfectly combines functionality and comfort, making it ideal for both daytime relaxation and cozy evenings.

Kitchen

The kitchen of the Seaview Apartment is thoughtfully designed as a fully separate space, ensuring that cooking aromas stay contained and never disturb the comfort of the other rooms. Spacious and modern, it offers both functionality and a welcoming atmosphere for gathering.

At its center is a large island, perfect for preparing meals, sharing a glass of wine, or simply enjoying time together while cooking. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need: a large refrigerator with freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, teapot, and a modern coffee machine that even prepares cappuccino with perfectly frothed milk at the touch of a button.

Thanks to the layout of the building, guests enjoy complete privacy throughout their stay. No one passes by the apartment windows or terrace areas unless they are guests of the apartment itself. All other apartments in the building have their own separate entrances and private terraces positioned in front of their own units, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed atmosphere.

The terrace is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, flowers, and palm trees, creating a relaxing outdoor space perfect for morning coffee, afternoon relaxation, or evening gatherings. The entrance to the Seaview Apartment is located on the side facing Hotel Astoria and offers easy and private access to the property.

Guests reach the apartment by climbing approximately 10 stairs leading to the entrance gate equipped with a secure safe-lock system for convenient self check-in. From the gate, it is only a few steps across the private terrace — approximately 2 meters — to the apartment entrance door.
